Tuesday and Wednesday close with the exhibit hall reception from 5–6 PM — the busiest hour on the floor, and a good one to catch us informally if a formal slot doesn’t fit. Thursday closes at 4:00 PM with no reception and teardown starting immediately, so Thursday bookings are best made earlier in the day.
